Nick Shelton – Managing Director

Nick started in the Printing Industry in 1986 with a business forms manufacturer where he was trained in every aspect of the organisation, through production to sales. It was in his role as a buyer that he and Brian met and where the formative plans of starting a business based on their combined knowledge of paper and print was hatched.
Brian Jones – Director

Brian has worked in Paper, Packaging and Print for thirty years and currently manages BCP Fluted Packaging and MPV Packaging respectively. His formative years in the industry were spent in Paper distribution and his knowledge and entrepreneurialism has been a vital ingredient to the Company’s success.
Martyn Batley – UK Sales Manager

Martyn started his working career in packaging on the shop floor. It was there that it quickly became apparent that a sales career best matched his working ethos and he moved onto a business forms contractor. He was at the top of his game for more than 26 years and in 2004 brought his knowledge and expertise to PDS. He has been invaluable to the growth of the company.
Scott Rendall – Commercial Manager

Scott was the first employee to join PDS in 2001. He has grown with the company from a sales support co-ordinator to an integral part of what is an ever increasing team. It was Scott that developed the bespoke on-line ordering system that many of our clients benefit from today and he now ensures that each area of the business continues to develop to the highest standards on a daily basis.
Justine Gore – Company Accountant / Secretary

Justine became Print Data Solutions full time accountant in 2006. She had experienced accountancy in several different sectors before settling in at PDS and the print management trade.
Tom Woods – Account Executive

Tom is the longest serving account manager at PDS and it’s clear to see why he has been so successful with the vast production knowledge he has gained over the years. His expert understanding when pairing a project with the machinery and capacity that we have at our disposal results in a quality product at competitive rates every time.
Kris Batley – Account Executive

Kris supports his father Martyn from an internal perspective. His account management skills began when he joined Martyn’s previous business forms employer and supported his dad’s external sales skills. It was clear to see that their father & son bond was so invaluable to both of their continued success that it wasn’t long before Kris also joined the PDS team in 2006.
Rob Atkinson – Sales Support Co-ordinator

Rob completed his degree in May 2010 that spanned over 4 years and included 18 months at The University of Iowa in the United States and the remainder at The University of Northampton respectively. After receiving his application for the advertised job role, it was clear to the management team during his interview process that Rob had the potential to excel within the company and he joined in June 2010.
Ben Holley – Warehouse & Distribution Supervisor

Ben is solely responsible for the distribution from the PDS print management centre and his quality control is impeccable. His attention to detail and commitment has been one of the main factors for the growth of the PDS bespoke web ordering system. His organisational skills ensure that transport is never backed up on our forecourt and the working environment is a safe place for both employees and visitors.
Sue Borley – Mailing & Bindery Division

Sue’s wealth of experience and knowledge is second to none within the industry. Her previous job roles include customer service and bindery through to machine minding and mailings. After lengthy discussions, PDS persuaded Sue to come out of retirement and join our new Mailing & Bindery Division.
You can safely say what she doesn’t know about the industry is probably not worth knowing.
Linda Bird – Mailing & Bindery Division

Linda is the latest addition to the team bringing strength and depth to the increasing demands within our mailing and bindery division.
With 34 years experience as a supervisor at The Open University, Linda’s experience and organisational skills will bring further efficiency to the department.
